We are seeking an accomplished Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon to play a pivotal leadership role in the revitalization of our residency training program, with a new resident class scheduled to begin in Fall 2026.

- Competitive $525,000 base salary plus productivity incentives

- Excellent case mix including reconstructive, microsurgical, and complex surgical procedures
- Fellowship-trained Microsurgeon preferred; candidates with significant microsurgical experience encouraged to apply
