Candidate Requirements
✔ MD or DO
✔ Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery
✔ Active or Eligible Iowa Medical License
✔ Active DEA
✔ Current BLS Certification
✔ Clean Malpractice & License History Preferred
✔ Current NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days)
✔ H-1B Cap-Exempt Visa Support Available
