Plastic Surgeon Opportunity – Community-Based Practice
Location: Sioux Falls, SD
Employment Type: Full-Time, permanent position

Position Overview
A well-established plastic and reconstructive surgery practice is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to join a team of three experienced plastic surgeons. The practice offers a broad scope of reconstructive and cosmetic procedures with strong multidisciplinary support and access to a large regional referral network.
This opportunity is ideal for either a general plastic surgeon or a microvascular-trained plastic surgeon seeking a collegial environment with excellent work-life balance and growth potential.
Position Highlights
* Join an established team of 3 board-certified plastic surgeons
* Opportunity for general plastic surgery or microvascular reconstruction
* Broad case mix including:
* General reconstruction
* Wound management
* Cosmetic surgery
* Breast reconstruction
* Weekly multidisciplinary breast surgery conference
* Experienced APP support in:
* Clinic
* Operating room
* Call coverage
* Shared call schedule of 1:5
* Academic opportunities through medical school affiliation

Qualifications
* MD or DO
* Completion of an accredited Plastic Surgery residency and/or fellowship
* Board Eligible or Board Certified in Plastic Surgery
* Eligible for South Dakota medical licensure
* DEA eligibility and maintenance
* Demonstrated expertise or interest in:
* Reconstructive surgery
* Wound care management
* Cosmetic procedures
* Microvascular reconstruction (preferred but not required)
