## Plastic & Microvascular Surgeon | Augusta, GA Central Savannah River Area — Georgia's Second Largest City ## Position Details * Full-time, permanent position * Setting: Plastic and reconstructive surgery with microvascular focus * Schedule: Days with rotating weekends * Collaboration with Burn and Reconstructive Centers of America ## Practice Overview Seeking a BE/BC Plastic and Microvascular Surgeon to join a highly skilled, multidisciplinary surgical team at one of the nation's premier burn and reconstructive centers: * Perform complex plastic and reconstructive surgeries with a focus on microvascular techniques * Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans * Provide pre- and post-operative care with emphasis on optimal functional and aesthetic outcomes * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, coordinated care * Educate patients and families on procedures, recovery, and long-term care planning * Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and advancement of surgical practices * Participate in clinical research, teaching, and scholarly activities as applicable * Home of the largest burn center in the United States — Joseph M.
