Job description
Exciting Plastic Surgery Locum opportunity starting May 22, 2026. Ongoing assignment for at least 6 months. Primarily on-call shifts Friday 7 AM – Monday 7 AM, covering inpatient cases at a Level 1 trauma hospital. Perfect for board-certified or board-eligible surgeons with at least 5 years of experience. Epic EMR used.
Job Responsibilities
• Manage trauma, consults, and urgent surgical cases as needed
• Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure optimal patient care
• Document all procedures and patient interactions in Epic EMR
Qualifications
• PA medical license required
• DEA registration required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Plastic Surgery
• Experience in trauma and inpatient care preferred
Working Hours
• 6–8 shifts per month
• All hours billable
Skills
• Strong surgical decision-making and patient management skills
• Epic EMR proficiency
• Ability to work independently on-call
