Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon opening in Phoenix, AZ Salary Range: $442,500 - $469,500 Position Overview:
- Opening located in Phoenix, AZ
- Full Time; Permanent
- Employed
- Work in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
- FQHCs qualify for Federal and State sponsored loan repayment programs. The current facility scores within the system are 21.
- Opportunity to teach students and residents serving a patient population primarily composed of an underserved community

- The clinical practice includes L&D, neonatal and general pediatric surgery, general surgery, robotic surgery, neurosurgery, ENT, plastics, burn, level I trauma, orthopedics, podiatric surgery, and special procedures outside the OR
- The successful candidate must have completed Plastic Surgery residency training and be board certified or board eligible.
- Previous faculty experience in an academic environment is preferred.
- The candidate should be comfortable managing the full range of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery patients.
- Expertise with Maxillofacial Trauma and Microvascular surgery is required.
- Join four existing plastic surgeons in the division of plastic and reconstructive surgery
- This position will provide inpatient and outpatient general plastic and reconstructive surgery services in the elective and emergent care settings, sharing call coverage, and teaching residents.
- The candidate should be comfortable with a team approach for patient management.
- The candidate will also have the opportunity to participate in collaborative research activities and refining and extending existing plastic surgery services.
