ThedaCare is seeking a talented BE/BC Plastic Surgeon with a strong interest in Cosmetic and Aesthetic Surgery to join our newly established Plastic Surgery program serving our Regional Medical Centers in Appleton and Neenah, WI. This role offers a unique opportunity to be the first Cosmetic-focused Plastic Surgeon on our team and help shape the program as it grows.
Program Growth & Development
As the first surgeon with a cosmetic focus in the program, you will help expand aesthetic offerings and play an active role in building the practice within the community. There is demonstrated community demand, and we are seeking someone comfortable and excited about growing a service line.
Comprehensive Plastic Surgery Practice
This is a balanced practice that includes reconstructive services, trauma exposure, cosmetic procedures, and inpatient consults across two regional medical centers. Smaller procedures can be performed in the clinic, while larger and more complex surgeries are supported by the hospital operating rooms at our Appleton and Neenah campuses.
Job Responsibilities
Cosmetic / Aesthetic Focus
The role includes a wide range of elective cosmetic procedures, which may include:
Liposuction
Breast augmentation & reduction
Abdominoplasty
Facelift and neck lift
Eyelid surgery
Additional elective cosmetic and aesthetic procedures

ThedaCare Plastic Surgery Clinic - Neenah, WI
ThedaCare Regional Medical Center–Neenah: Level II Trauma Center
ThedaCare Regional Medical Center–Appleton: Level III Trauma Center
State-of-the-art ORs with experienced anesthesia and perioperative teams
EPIC EMR utilized across the system
Strong Referral Network:
Supported by a referral base of 200+ primary care physicians and specialists throughout ThedaCare, ensuring a strong foundation for long-term practice growth.
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery
Fellowship training in Cosmetic/Aesthetic Surgery preferred but not required
Eligible for Wisconsin medical licensure
Working Hours
10–12 patients per day on average
Call rotation: 1:4
