- Breadth of Practice: Dive into a comprehensive mix of services, including general plastic surgery, cutting-edge cosmetic procedures, microsurgical and implant-based breast reconstruction, maxillofacial trauma, cancer/trauma reconstruction, and dedicated cleft/craniofacial care. We are looking for a surgeon who loves the breadth of the specialty.
- Academic Leadership: Engage with our integrated Plastic Surgery Residency program. This role offers exciting opportunities for teaching, research, and program development, allowing you to contribute to our tradition of excellence and innovation.
- Cleft Care Leadership: For candidates with the interest and expertise, there is a distinct opportunity to lead our established and accredited Cleft Program.

Your Expertise
As a Board Eligible or Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon, you will specialize in the repair, reconstruction, or replacement of physical defects involving the skin, musculoskeletal system, craniomaxillofacial structures, hands, extremities, breasts, trunk, and external genitalia. This role requires competence in:
- Aesthetic surgical principles applied to both cosmetic and reconstructive procedures.
- Design and surgery of grafts, flaps, free-tissue transfer, and replantation.
- Management of complex wounds, use of implantable materials, and tumor surgery.
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
- Board Eligible (BE) or Board Certified (BC) in Plastic Surgery.
- Licensed Medical Doctor in the State of Pennsylvania (or eligible for licensure).
