- 100% aesthetic, new surgeon could do recon if desired
- Current surgeon will refer 100% of facial work to new partner
- Med Spa creates additional source of ancillary revenue
- 3 exam rooms, large procedure room and 2 rooms for laser/injections
- Base salary to start, then eat what you kill after overhead
