Overview:
* Lead oncology services across a multi-state health system as the accountable clinical executive for Surgical Oncology while maintaining a part-time clinical practice
* Partner with physician leaders, operational directors, and independent providers to optimize clinical quality, operational efficiency, financial performance, and strategic growth
* Guide physician engagement, workforce planning, recruitment efforts, and the development of standardized protocols and high-reliability care initiatives
* Participate in strategic planning, capital investments, program development, and performance improvement efforts across oncology services
* Opportunity to support fellowship development, research initiatives, and physician education within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
