Per Diem Surgical Oncologist / Colorectal Surgeon
Location: Southern California
Duration: December 1 – March 31
Schedule:
-
Weekend call coverage: 2 weekends/month through January, 1 weekend/month February–March
-
Shift: Friday 7 PM – Monday 7 AM
Scope of Practice:
-
Weekend call coverage for inpatients
-
Rounding on hospitalized patients
-
Approximately 2 inpatient consults per day
Facility:
-
Stand-alone cancer center with evaluation and treatment capabilities
-
60–63 beds to start (expandable to 73), 8 ICU beds (expandable to 20), 8 ETC beds
-
EPIC EMR
-
Support: CRNA/MDA on call 24/7, 1 other vascular surgeon
Requirements:

Board Certified
-
Active CA medical license and DEA
