Position Overview:
Seeking a BC/BE Neurosurgeon with fellowship training or strong experience in Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery to join a high-volume, multidisciplinary neuroscience team. The role includes general neurosurgery call and a spine-focused elective practice.
Practice Highlights:
Case mix: ~85% spine / 15% cranial (flexible based on interest)
Supported by clinic APP and robust in-network referrals
Dedicated neurosurgery OR call team and 24/7 in-house APP coverage
Call rotation: 1:7 with strong APP and subspecialty support
Advanced tech: O-Arms (x4), Stealth navigation (x6), Mazor Robot, Stryker systems
Access to Varian TrueBeam, 3T MRI, and integrated Epic EMR
20-bed Neuro ICU with 24/7 neurocritical care
Academic appointment available at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine
Opportunities for basic, translational, and clinical research (including spine outcomes)
New neurosurgery research lab located minutes from the hospital
