Spine-Focused Neurosurgeon - Erie, Pennsylvania - $100K Sign-On Bonus - J-1/H-1B Considered

A nonprofit regional referral center in Erie, Pennsylvania, is hiring a full-time neurosurgeon to meet growing demand. Youd serve a population of nearly 1 million with high clinical volume and complex spine pathology.

The Role

• About 80"90% spine and 10"20% cranial
• Broad case mix: neurotrauma, complex spine, brain tumors, cerebrovascular
• Dedicated OR block time and a balanced schedule
• Level II Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center

The Team

• 6 neurosurgeons, including a cerebrovascular/endovascular specialist
• Neurohospitalists, neurology, neuroradiology and neurointerventional support
• Dedicated APPs in the office, OR and hospital
• Integrated Epic EMR and a strong primary care referral network

Requirements

• MD/DO and completion of an accredited neurosurgery residency
• BE/BC by the ABNS (spine fellowship is a plus, not required)
• Eligible for an unrestricted PA license and DEA
• J-1 Waiver and H-1B candidates considered for 2028 and beyond
