Aya Healthcare is seeking a Neurosurgeon for short-term Locum Tenens clinic and call coverage at Providence Saint Joseph Hospital in Eureka, CA. Dates needed: 11/21-12/9 and 12/27-1/6; coverage may be paired.
- Providence Saint Joseph Hospital, an acute care hospital (adult trauma level III-IV) in Eureka, CA
- Clinic and call coverage; weeknight beeper call and 24-hour weekend beeper call
- Complex spine cases; no airway certification required
- Guaranteed 8 hours per day; clinic may not be required all 5 days
Job Responsibilities
• Cover weeknight beeper call (5P-8:30A) and 24-hour weekend beeper call; clinic and day call 8:30A-5P weekdays
• Specific dates needed: 11/21-12/9 and 12/27-1/6
Qualifications
• Active license; DEA required
• Fluoroscopy certification required (temporary fluoro acceptable)
• Case logs of 100 cases in the past 24 months; 2 years of current hospital clinical activity
