Aya Healthcare is seeking a Neurosurgeon for short-term locum tenens clinic and call coverage at Providence Saint Joseph Hospital in Eureka, CA. Dates: 11/21-12/9 and 12/27-1/6.
- Acute care hospital; adult III/IV trauma designation
- Weekday clinic with weeknight beeper call and 24-hour weekend beeper call
- Complex spine cases; no airway certifications required
- Coverage can be paired between providers if needed
Job Responsibilities
• In clinic and on call 8:30a-5p on weekdays; weeknight beeper call 5p-8:30a; 24-hour weekend beeper call
• May not be in clinic all 5 days during listed dates
Qualifications
• Active California license; DEA required
• Fluoroscopy certification required (temporary accepted)
• 100 cases in the past 24 months for requested privileges; 2 years of current hospital clinical activity
