An established private neurosurgery practice in North Houston has a great opportunity for a BE/BC Neurosurgeon with a strong interest in spine to join a highly experienced neurosurgeon, 2 surgical physician assistants, and a skilled team of medical assistants across 6 clinic locations.
You will have the potential to earn $2 million + while building a practice around advanced minimally invasive, endoscopic, and robotic-assisted spine techniques in one of the fastest-growing regions of Greater Houston.
The Opportunity:
• General neurosurgery position with a strong emphasis on spine
• Guaranteed Base Salary + RVU Production with $2 Million Earning Potential Yr 1
• Daily OR access with surgery in the mornings and clinic in the afternoons, seeing 20 to 25 patients per session
• 80% spine and 20% cranial case mix, including traditional, minimally invasive, endoscopic, and complex spine procedures
• Access to robotic-assisted surgical technology
• 4 or 5 day work week with 10 call days per month
• $50,000 Sign-on Bonus and Relocation Assistance
