StaffMed Health Partners has partnered with a well-established healthcare system in the Rio Grande Valley to recruit a Board Certified or Board Eligible Neurosurgeon for a full-time opportunity in Harlingen, Texas. This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-demand market with immediate patient volume, advanced surgical resources, and a fully integrated neuroscience team at a 586-bed Level II Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center.

- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery
- Case mix of approximately 60% spine and 40% cranial
- Practice supported by a Level II Trauma Center, Comprehensive Stroke Center, and 14-bed Neuro ICU
- Immediate patient volume with significant regional demand and opportunity for long-term practice growth
- Approximately 2 clinic days per week with 15–20 patients per day
- Surgery days as needed with dedicated block OR time available
- Dedicated Certified First Assist support in the OR
- Established neuroscience team including endovascular neurologists, neurohospitalists, outpatient neurologists, and physiatrists
- Advanced surgical technology including Brainlab, AIRO, and da Vinci robotics
