Job description
We are seeking a Neurosurgeon for a locum tenens position in Eureka, California. This is a clinic and call coverage opportunity in an acute care hospital setting. Please see below for more information.
- Acute care hospital
Job Responsibilities
Evaluate and manage neurosurgical patients in the outpatient clinic setting
Perform complex spine cases
Utilize fluoroscopy during procedures as clinically indicated
Provide weeknight and weekend call coverage for neurosurgical patients
Maintain an active hospital-based neurosurgical practice
Qualifications
Active state medical license
DEA required
Fluoroscopy certification required (temporary fluoroscopy certification accepted)
Working Hours
Weeknight beeper call from 5:00 p.m. - 8:30 a.m.
24-hour beeper call coverage on weekends
Day, night, and weekend coverage
