Compensation Package:
- $1,000,000 base salary
- RVU production incentives with uncapped earning potential.
- $100,000 sign-on bonus
- $20,000 annual quality bonus

Requirements:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery
- Eligible for Texas medical licensure
- Interest in developing and growing a hospital-employed neurosurgery service line
