A physician-owned multidisciplinary spine practice in Flowood, Mississippi is seeking a fellowship-trained Neurosurgeon specializing in comprehensive spine surgery to join its growing team.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a spine-focused neurosurgeon to build a thriving surgical practice within a collaborative environment supported by experienced spine specialists, advanced practice providers, pain management physicians, rehabilitation professionals, and physical therapists.
The practice provides comprehensive spine care through an integrated model, allowing physicians to deliver personalized treatment plans ranging from conservative management to advanced surgical intervention.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in diagnosing and treating cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine disorders with experience performing minimally invasive spine surgery, spinal decompression, fusion procedures, and complex spinal reconstruction.
Compensation includes an $800,000 base salary plus additional incentive opportunities.

Job Responsibilities
Develop evidence-based individualized treatment plans
Perform elective and urgent spine surgical procedures
Perform minimally invasive spine surgery, decompression, fusion, and complex reconstruction procedures
Provide comprehensive preoperative and postoperative patient management
Manage both operative and non-operative spine conditions
Collaborate with APPs, pain management specialists, rehabilitation providers, and physical therapists
Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and treatment planning
Build strong relationships with referring physicians and healthcare partners
Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation
Participate in hospital call coverage as appropriate
Support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Qualifications
Completion of accredited Neurosurgery residency
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery
Fellowship training in Spine Surgery or spine-focused subspecialty preferred
Current or eligible for Mississippi medical licensure
Experience treating cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine disorders
Experience performing:
Minimally invasive spine surgery
Spinal decompression
Spinal fusion
Complex spinal reconstruction
Strong communication and patient relationship skills
Commitment to collaborative, evidence-based care
Preferred:
Experience within a multidisciplinary spine center
Experience with advanced spine technologies
Experience mentoring APPs
Experience developing referral networks or growing a practice
Working Hours
Monday – Friday schedule
