Contract Details:
Location: Eureka, CA
Schedule: Clinic and Call
Call Type: Weeknight Beeper and 24 Hour Weekend Beeper Call
Specific Dates Needed: - 11/21-12/9 -12/27-1/6
Provider will be expected to be in clinic and on call from 830am-5pm on weekdays. They will then be on night call from 5pm-8:30am the next day. Weekends will be 24hr call coverage.
Shift Times: 8:30am-5pm , 5pm-8:30am
Guaranteed Hours per Day: 8
Hours Worked for OT to apply: 9 hours per day
