Join a high-volume, physician-owned spine practice offering immediate surgical volume, a strong referral network, and a fully integrated care model. This is an opportunity to build a thriving spine-focused neurosurgery practice with dedicated APP support and collaboration across pain management and rehabilitation. Job Responsibilities
-Perform elective and urgent spine surgeries (MIS, decompression, fusion, complex reconstruction)
-Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
-Provide comprehensive preoperative and postoperative care
-Collaborate with APPs and multidisciplinary teams
-Participate in case discussions and coordinated care planning
-Build and maintain referral relationships
Qualifications
-Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery
-Completion of accredited Neurosurgery residency
-Eligible for state medical licensure
-Strong experience in spine surgery and comprehensive patient management
Working Hours
-Monday–Friday schedule
-Mix of clinic
-Call participation required
