POSITION SUMMARY
The Department seeks a neurological surgeon to join an expanding academic neuroscience program within an integrated health system. The role includes multidisciplinary collaboration with neurosurgery, hematology/oncology, radiation oncology, and related specialties. Responsibilities include participation in tumor boards, coordination of care for patients with primary and metastatic tumors, and involvement in research and educational activities.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Board-eligible or board-certified in Neurological Surgery.
• Residency training in neurological surgery.
• Fellowship training relevant to neuro-oncologic care.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Illinois.
• Clinical background in managing patients with brain, skull base, or spine tumors.

• Ability to evaluate and manage neurosurgical conditions involving primary and metastatic tumors.
• Skill in collaborating with multidisciplinary oncology and neuroscience teams.
• Capacity to participate in research or academic activities when appropriate.
