Neurosurgery Opportunity – (Atlantic City, NJ area)
We are working with a Level II Trauma Center and Joint Commission Comprehensive Stroke Center (CSC), to recruit a dually trained Neurosurgeon (Cerebrovascular + Endovascular) with the ability to also perform general neurosurgery (including spine).
Position Overview:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Minimum 2 outpatient clinic days/week
- 1:3 call rotation (cranial/vascular focus)
- Practice Setting: Mix of inpatient + outpatient with strong APP support in both settings
- Case Mix: Cerebrovascular, Endovascular, and General Neurosurgery (including spine)
Compensation:
- Year 1: $600,000
- Year 2: $650,000
- Year 3: $700,000
- wRVU incentive (percentage of base salary)
- Additional compensation for extra call coverage
- Relocation assistance provided
Academic & Growth Opportunities:
- Appointment through Drexel University College of Medicine (based on qualifications)
- Opportunities to teach medical students and participate in research initiatives
Location:
- Based in Atlantic City, NJ
- ~50 minutes from Philadelphia
- Access to multiple regional sites for collaboration/coverage
Ideal Candidate:
- Board Certified/Eligible Neurosurgeon
- Dual fellowship training in Cerebrovascular + Endovascular
- Comfortable with general neurosurgery and spine cases
- Interested in a hybrid academic/community model
