This facility is a respected healthcare provider in North Alabama offering comprehensive neurological services to the community. The hospital maintains a Level 3 trauma designation and provides specialized care with strong interdisciplinary support for neurosurgical patients.
Opportunity:
Physician - Neurological Surgery
Job Details:
• Handle approximately 6 patient encounters per shift
• Provide general adult neurosurgery services
• Perform skull base surgery procedures
• Conduct spinal surgery with instrumentation (cervical, thoracic, and lumbar)
• Perform spinal surgery without instrumentation (cervical, thoracic, and lumbar)
• Experience with tumor cases preferred but not required
• Must be board certified or board eligible
• Active Alabama license or IMLC required
• 30-day estimated credentialing timeframe
• Fellowship training with 3 years of experience
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
