New Neurosurgeon locum need in Petoskey, MI-24 Hr. Call-MI license required-Spinal & Cranial required-01/26 start-$3,500 daily

• Imaging, lab, procedure rooms, OR all on site. 1 Neurosurgeon, 1 Ortho-spinal surgeon and Neurosurgery APPs will be in clinic.
• Emergent call, Emergent surgeries and inpatient rounding daily
• Board certified providers only please, no BE.
• Providers can plan to see 5-10 inpatients per day.
• EMR - Cerner

Rates to submit:

• Malpractice - to be included in rates
• Orientation - 1/2 of projected hourly rate
• On call daily - per 24 hours of call coverage
• Weekend call - Saturday & Sunday "Per 24 hours of call, to include 4 gratis hours"
• Holidays - 1.5x
  

Expenses covered by client will not exceed the limitations listed in the Travel & Expense policy between McLaren Health Care & AHSA.

Reverse Invoicing - Provider will use Doctime to clock in/out. No paper timesheets will be used.

• Active MI license (will accepting IMLC if provider has a 100% clean background) - [REQUIRED] no exceptions

• All candidates should have prior experience (completed Fellowship with minimum of 2-3 years of experience)- [REQUIRED] no exceptions
