This medical center is a well-established Level 2 Trauma Center providing comprehensive neurological care to the community. The facility features advanced technology including Epic EMR system and offers strong nursing support for physicians on staff, ensuring excellent patient care and collaborative medical practice.
Opportunity:
Board Certified - Neurosurgery
Job Details:
• Provide neurosurgery call coverage for 24-hour shifts with approximately 2.5 callback hours per shift
• Manage approximately 1 admission per day
• Handle approximately 1 ICU patient per day
• Work in an inpatient setting with RN support staff
• Utilize Epic EMR system
• Schedule available for March 12 (7am) - March 23 (7am) with possible ongoing opportunities
• Position offered due to shortage of hired providers
• FTE: 0.4
• Must be board certified or eligible within 5 years of residency
• Active state license required (IMLC with LOQ in hand at submission accepted)
• Current BLS certification and DEA registration required
• Clean malpractice history preferred
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
