Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a 420-bed regional referral and Level II trauma center in Dothan, Alabama, in finding a board-certified/ board-eligible Neurosurgeon to join their well-established Neurospine Center, which treats adult patients.

Job Description

  • Clinic is located on the hospital’s campus with easy access to OR, ED, etc.
  • Staffing currently consists of two neurosurgeons (one general and one cerebrovascular/Endovascular), two interventional/vascular neurologists, and General Neurologists.
  • Schedule is roughly 40% clinic, 60% procedural (case mix is roughly 70% spine and 30% general)
  • Will have dedicated OR time, so doesn’t have to fight with Ortho, General Surgery, etc. for OR time
  • Call is roughly 10 days/month (includes trauma and ED calls)

  • Guaranteed base about MGMA 75% plus wRVU productivity
