Job Responsibilities

Surgeon will provide the operative and nonoperative management (i.e., prevention, diagnosis, evaluation, treatment, critical care, and rehabilitation) of disorders of the central, peripheral, and autonomic nervous systems, including their supporting structures and vascular supply.

Qualifications

- Completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited Residency training program in Neurological Surgery.
- Certification Current certification in Neurological Surgery by the American Board of Neurological Surgery or in Neurological Surgery by the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery or its equivalent.
- Board certification must be achieved within five years of being admissible to take the exam.
- Clinical Experience Applicant must provide documentation of provision of neurological surgery services (50 cases) representative of the scope and complexity of the privileges requested during the last 24 months (waived for applicants who completed training during the previous year).
