Help diagnose and treat a variety of neurological conditions.
Main focus is spine surgery (ACDF,
Laminectomies, and other spine surgeries)
Job Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to diagnose and treat neurological disorders
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as MRI, CT scans, EEGs, and EMGs
• Develop and implement treatment plans that may involve medication management,
lifestyle adjustments, and referrals to other specialists
• Provide expert guidance and consultations to patients, families, and healthcare staff on neurological conditions and treatment options.
• Collaborate with other medical professionals, including primary care physicians, surgeons, and physical therapists, to ensure holistic patient care
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in neurology and incorporate evidence-based practices into patient care
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records, including patient histories,
examination findings, test results, and treatment plans
Qualifications
• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Board certification or eligibility in Neurosurgery
• State medical license and any necessary certifications for practice
