NEUROSURGERY

PRACTICE
*Hospital Employed Structure
*Join four employed neurosurgeons
*Verified need based on replacement / Opening for two providers
*Group has locums pick up an additional call day
*Call will be 1:5
*Mostly Spine practice (90% / some complex spine)
*No spine competition from orthopedists
*600 Bed Hospital
*Strong support staff
*Hospital has a strong neurohospitalist program, PM&R, Interventional radiology, etc.
*Very competitive salary plus wRVU bonus structure
*Expect to earn in the 75th percentile of the MGMA ($1.1M+)
*Full benefits to include malpractice, tail coverage, health, CME, Sign-on, relocation, etc.
COMMUNITY
*Practice is located in a community of about 100K with a large draw area
*Close proximity to two large cities in the southeast
*Several NCAA Div 1 Universities not far from community
