Seeking BC/BE Orthopedic Hand Surgeon
Overview:
* Join a new and rapidly expanding Orthopedic Surgery practice serving Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois
* Opportunity to build and develop a comprehensive Hand & Upper Extremity Surgery program
* Provide surgical and clinical care for complex fractures, nerve and tendon injuries, microsurgery, arthritis and elective procedures
* High patient volume potential with strong referral streams throughout the region
* Dedicated OR access and Advanced Practice Provider support
* Practice within a Level III Trauma Center
* Shared evening and weekend call of 1:8
* Participation in Orthopedic Trauma Call required
* Collaborate with Emergency Medicine, Primary Care, Anesthesiology, Hospitalists and therapy teams
* Strong institutional support with autonomy to develop and grow the practice
* Predictable schedule emphasizing work-life balance
* Open to graduating fellows and experienced surgeons
* Fellowship training in Hand & Upper Extremity Surgery required

* $739,410 guaranteed annual salary for 2 years
* Production compensation begins at 10,650 wRVUs during the guarantee period
