An established surgical group in Wilson, North Carolina is seeking an experienced, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Surgeon to join its growing practice. This opportunity offers the chance to work alongside two established full-time surgeons while providing comprehensive surgical care at a single hospital. The incoming physician will have access to da Vinci robotic surgical technology, shared call responsibilities, and the resources of a 294-bed regional medical center. Candidates must have at least two years of General Surgery experience and robotic surgery training. Clinical Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive General Surgery consultations and patient evaluations
Diagnose and manage a broad range of surgical conditions
Perform general surgical procedures within clinical training and privileges
Utilize da Vinci robotic surgical technology when appropriate
Provide preoperative evaluations and postoperative follow-up care
Manage hospitalized surgical patients
Participate in shared surgical call coverage
Collaborate with fellow surgeons, nursing staff, and other specialists
Coordinate surgical treatment plans and referrals
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
Completion of an accredited General Surgery residency
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in General Surgery
Minimum of two years of post-training General Surgery experience
Robotic surgery training required
Current or eligible North Carolina medical license
Strong clinical and surgical skills
Ability to provide comprehensive General Surgery care
Excellent communication and multidisciplinary collaboration abilities
