Located in Erie, PA - Buffalo, NY 95m
Permanent position
Position Overview
Orthopaedic Shoulder and Elbow Surgery opportunity within an expanding multispecialty Orthopaedic Surgery group
Focus on shoulder and elbow procedures, including shoulder replacement surgery
Established high-volume shoulder replacement practice with opportunity to assume existing surgical volume
Significant opportunity to expand subspecialty shoulder and elbow services
General Orthopaedic call schedule of 1:6
Opportunities to perform complex revision procedures based on physician interest
Qualifications
MD or DO degree
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery
Fellowship training or relevant clinical experience in Shoulder and Elbow Surgery
Eligible for Pennsylvania medical licensure
Practice Highlights
Established multispecialty Orthopaedic Surgery group, including:
- Orthopaedic Trauma
- Sports Medicine
- Adult Reconstruction
- Shoulder and Elbow Surgery
Existing high-volume shoulder replacement practice with established patient demand
Opportunity to transition shoulder replacement cases from an existing surgeon focusing on hip and knee replacements
Dedicated Orthopaedic Trauma Surgeon within the group
Access to referrals for complex revision procedures
Advanced surgical technology, including robotic-assisted joint replacement capabilities
Specialized surgical tables for anterior approach procedures
Practice supported by a tertiary care hospital without a designated trauma level
