General Surgeon Opportunity in ArizonaStartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Full time; M-F Pay Rate: $550000.00 - $600000.00
An established regional medical center in southeastern Arizona is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Surgeon to join its surgical team. This opportunity offers competitive compensation, a broad range of surgical cases and strong hospital support.
The incoming surgeon will enjoy a collaborative practice environment with access to modern surgical facilities, dedicated clinical support, and the opportunity to provide essential surgical services to a growing community.
Opportunity Highlights
- Broad-based general surgery practice with a mix of elective and emergent procedures
- 24/7 hospitalist coverage and emergency medicine support
- Access to advanced imaging, including CT, MRI, ultrasound, and nuclear medicine
- Guaranteed base salary with RVU bonuses – Potential to earn $600,000+
- $75,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Surgical Volume: Approximately 15–25 cases per week
- Generous Time Off & CME: 20 PTO days, 7 paid holidays, plus 5 dedicated CME days and a $6,000 annual CME allowance.
Candidate Qualifications
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in General Surgery
- Proficiency in endoscopic procedures
- Ability to obtain an Arizona medical license
- Strong clinical judgment and a collaborative approach to patient care
