General Surgery Opportunity – Northwestern Pennsylvania
A financially stable and growing regional healthcare system is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible General Surgeon to join an established surgical practice in Northwestern Pennsylvania.
This is an excellent opportunity to practice broad-spectrum general surgery in a supportive, physician-led environment with strong referral relationships, manageable call expectations, and an exceptional quality of life.
Practice Highlights
- Established, fully staffed practice with strong primary care and specialty referral support
- Employed position within a physician-led organization of more than 200 providers
- Critical access hospital environment offering strong community ties and collegial relationships
- 4 operating rooms
- Broad-based general surgery practice with endoscopy/scoping required
- Minimal call burden primarily related to post-operative admissions
- Supportive administration and collaborative medical staff
- Opportunity to build long-term patient relationships in an underserved regional market
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary starting at $526,000 plus uncapped WRVU incentives
- $25,000 sign-on bonus
- Up to $75,000 educational loan assistance
- $10,000 relocation assistance

- CME allowance: $3,500 plus 40 hours annually
- 25 days PTO
