JOB DESCRIPTION:
Medical Center near Greenville and Columbia, South Carolina is seeking a Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join the team. Our department is working collaboratively with cardiology to provide services that include Open Heart – CABG; Aortic & Mitral valve replacement, TEVAR and TAVR, Minimally invasive heart surgeries, and thoracic procedures.
Practice highlights:
- 3 physician office/hospital hybrid based practice; 2 Physician Assistants
- dedicated Heart OR team
- Dedicated onsite lab
- Weekly Tumor Boards
- EPIC HER system
HOSPITAL:
The Healthcare System is a non-profit hospital and provides care to the residents of seven counties. Its Medical Group employs more than 50 primary care physicians and specialists, with a majority of them being hospital-based physicians.
THE COMMUNITY:
This is a picturesque college town situated in the foothills of South Carolina and on the shores of a beautiful lake. It is a three-hour drive to Charleston’s beautiful beaches, two hours to the Appalachian Mountains, and equivalent distances to both Atlanta and Charlotte.
