General Surgery Locums Job in Georgia
Our client in northwest Georgia is looking for a General Surgeon to assist with coverage. They have an urgent request and are seeking coverage in November and December. If by chance you have any availability left in your schedules this year, please connect with Shannon.
Call only coverage needed:
- 7am 11/5 – 7am 11/9- 7am 11/10 – 7am 11/12
- 7am 11/16 – 7am 11/17 (24 hours)
- 7am 11/26 – 7am 1/27 (24 hours, Thanksgiving Day)
- 7am 12/4 – 7am 12/7
- 7am 12/24 – 7am 12/26
Details/Requirements for Assignment # 117846:
- Location: Northwest Georgia (60 miles from Atlanta)- Active Georgia license and DEA required
- Coverage request is for practice call. Covering one hospital only. Not covering the ED but only attached call for patients under the group.
- Coverage will include seeing follow ups in the hospital, rounding on inpatients for the group and seeing IP consults for the group.
- No APP Support
- All General Surgery coverage
- Hospital is a 230-bed facility
- EMR: EPIC
