Job Type: Full-Time | On-site
Schedule: Monday-Friday; no nights, weekends, or call
Quarterly performance bonuses are also available
Job Summary: Seeking a skilled Plastic Surgeon specializing in cosmetic and reconstructive breast and body procedures. Fellowship-trained candidates and those with post-fellowship experience are welcome. Equity and partnership opportunities are available after one year.
Responsibilities
Perform cosmetic and reconstructive breast and body procedures.
Conduct consultations, evaluations, and treatment planning.
Provide surgical and post-operative patient care.
Collaborate with clinical and surgical staff.
Maintain accurate documentation and follow safety protocols.
Qualifications:
Board-certified or Board-Eligible in Plastic Surgery.
Active Massachusetts medical license or ability to obtain one.
Fellowship training or post-fellowship experience.
Strong surgical skills and patient-centered approach.
Before-and-after photos required during candidate presentation.
