Full Time | Orthopedic Hand Surgery

Position Highlights:
Join an established team of 3 fellowship-trained Orthopedic Hand Surgeons
Dedicated Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery practice
Full-scope hand surgery from elbow to fingertip
No general Orthopedic call requirements
Hand Surgery call rotation of approximately 1:4
Practice covers one hospital
Two outpatient clinic locations in Chesapeake and the surrounding coastal Virginia region
Affiliated with a 250-bed hospital featuring a dedicated 48-bed Orthopedic facility
Strong Primary Care and Emergency Department referral base
Dedicated Advanced Practice Provider support
In-office hand therapy services
Digital X-ray and on-site procedure room
Ambulatory surgery center conveniently located adjacent to the clinic
Collaborative multispecialty group with more than 1,500 providers
Opportunity to grow a focused Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery practice
Qualifications:
MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
Completion of an accredited Orthopedic Surgery residency
Fellowship training in Hand Surgery required
Active or eligible Virginia medical license
Compensation & Benefits:
Annual compensation of $475,010-$552,282
