Join us as a Total Joint Surgeon in Buffalo, NY. Seeking an experienced candidate to join UBMD Orthopedics and Sports Medicine physicians, APPs, and a full compliment of RNs and support staff.
Position Highlights:
- Access to Mako and Rosa robot systems
- Outpatient surgery center located on hospital campus
- Dedicated block time with anesthesia coverage
- Work in supportive environment with access to referring PCPs and specialists
- Robust onboarding, marketing, and physician outreach support
- Strong clinical and administrative support
- Full-time schedule
Job Responsibilities
o Primary and Revision arthroplasty, infections, periprosthetic fracture
• Participate in Medical Student, Resident, and Fellow education, and departmental Grand Rounds
• Participate in smaller Adult Reconstruction conferences and journal clubs
• Paid call at level 2 hospitals with ability to “hand-off” cases to subspecialty-trained partners
• Research opportunities
• Work in partnership with over 30 ancillary service lines
Qualifications
-Board-certified by American Board of Surgery (ABS) preferred
-Prior experience preferred
