Board Certified - Surgery - GeneralJob Details:
- Locum Tenens engagement beginning November 1, 2026 on an ongoing basis
- Patient encounters per shift vary depending on departmental needs
- Must hold an active Virginia medical license - no IMLC accepted
- Board certification required with a minimum credentialing timeframe of 30 days
- Perform general surgery on adult patients
- Perform laparoscopic surgery including appendectomy and cholecystectomy
- Perform GI endoscopy including upper endoscopy, lower endoscopy, sigmoidoscopy, and colonoscopy
- Chest tube insertion required
- Central line insertion required
Compensation:
