Call Coverage
Weekday: Night call in addition to clinic coverage
Weekend: 24-hour call
Weekend Call: Includes approximately 8 hours of patient contact
Seeking a provider who is comfortable covering 24-hour weekend call
Required Skills
General Surgery experience in a Critical Access Hospital setting
Colonoscopy experience required
Endoscopy experience required
Admission responsibilities
Ability to provide the full scope of surgical services associated with the requested privileges
Requirements
Board Certified in Surgery
Active Oregon medical license required at the time of presentation
ACLS certification required
Documentation of surgical services performed within the previous 24 months that represents the scope and complexity of requested privileges
Providers who completed training within the previous year may provide a training log
