Job description
We are seeking a BE/BC Orthopaedic Surgeon with fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction to join a collegial division of orthopaedics and sports medicine in Champaign/Urbana, Illinois. This full-time role offers a robust total joint practice, academic affiliation opportunities, and the chance to contribute to program development in a vibrant university community.
Highlights:
- Established total joint practice with three fellowship-trained Adult Reconstruction surgeons and three Advanced Practice Providers
- Comprehensive orthopaedic division including trauma, hand, sports medicine, general orthopaedics, primary care sports physicians, and podiatrists
- Dedicated clinic time at a modern 52,000 sq. ft. orthopaedic/sports medicine facility with on-site PT/OT
- Block surgical opportunities at multiple state-of?the-art centers including a new ambulatory surgery center
- Shared call schedule supported by orthopaedic trauma service with daily block time
- Academic and research affiliation with the University of Illinois College of Medicine
- Potential to develop robotic surgery program and expand regional outreach
