Job description
Our Health Care facility is seeking an experienced General Surgeon. Combined, our two facilities offer a total of 133 beds, providing comprehensive medical services to the communities for a population of over 40,000 in Fremont County, Wyoming, including 24/7 Hospitalist and emergency care, surgery, women’s health, and advanced diagnostics, committed to quality, safety, and community wellness. About the position:

Surgery takes place at the Lander site
-
Team: 1 full-time and one contracted surgeon.

Options for hospital employment and/or independent practice.

1 clinical support staff until volume dictates more
-
Estimated wRVU once practice is mature = 5500-6000/year
-
Practitioners: access to 3 PCPs, 1 GS, 1 OB, 1 PT ENT, 1 PT IM, 1 PT GS
Qualifications:
-
BC in General Surgery
-
Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of WY and DEA with full prescriptive authority
This role is not open to new/future graduates
