Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide cardiothoracic surgery call coverage
- Evaluate and manage cardiothoracic surgical consults
- Perform urgent and emergent cardiothoracic surgical procedures as needed
- Round on assigned patients
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team
- Document patient care in Epic
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery
- Fellowship training required
- Active state license required
- Ability to meet a 20-minute call response time
- Orientation rate must be included with submission
