- Location: Lafayette, LA 70503
- Start Date: ASAP / TBD
- End Date/Duration: Permanent position
- Shift: 2-3 days in OR per week, flexible scheduling
- Hours/week: Approx. 8-12 hours/week in OR
- Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
- License/Certifications: Board Certified or Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Experience: Open to experienced or new graduates
- Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (please note—may be placeholder or negotiable)

- Perform complex hand and upper extremity surgical procedures
- Manage outpatient and inpatient orthopedic cases
- Collaborate with team-based care model, including APPs and support staff
- Engage in patient consultations, pre-op planning, and post-surgical care
- Participate in teaching and mentoring residents if interested
- Contribute to a growing practice with state-of-the-art technology and facilities
- Provide seamless patient care utilizing on-site inpatient rehab and advanced surgical resources
- Valid Medical License in Louisiana or eligibility
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery
- Strong clinical skills in hand and upper extremity procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Preference for candidates with prior surgical experience; new graduates encouraged to apply
