General, or Total Joint Orthopedic Surgeon Needed in Upstate New York | Established Regional Group and System

Position:

• Hospital and established group have partnered and looking to grow their services in the area
• Team currently has 3 MDs of Spine, Sport, General, and 3 Orthopedic Nurse practitioners
• Call is 1:4, ability to take extra call for extra income if desired
• Group offices and performs procedures in two locations, 15 minutes apart – Easy to get OR time, experienced APP First assists
• Up to 60% general with ability to grow the service line with zero competition
• Hospitals both have over 100 years in the area, a part of the same ACO, and have over 150 referring physicians
• Providers average 30 patients a day in clinic, and have autonomy to set surgeries when needed
• Hospitals and group have cutting-edge technology, including a Da Vinci, onsite MRI and DEXA

Offering:

• Offering a base salary of $650,000 - $775,000, depending on Fellowship, with ability to exceed $950,000 with wRVUs
• Sign on bonus, relocation, early commitment bonus, loan reimbursement, 403b with match and full healthcare benefits offered
• 8 weeks PTO, $5,000 CME, dental and vision given
• Fall in Physician Shortage Area designation, they are capped exempt for visa
