Overview:
* Seeking fellowship-trained Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeons
* Advanced laparoscopic and robotic surgery practice
* Surgery performed exclusively in a physician-owned ambulatory surgery center
* Da Vinci Xi robotic platform
* High-volume surgical environment with more than 1,000 major cases annually
* Focus on advanced gynecologic procedures including complex hysterectomy, myomectomy, endometriosis excision, and select gynecologic oncology cases
* Approximately 100% same-day discharge rate with very low transfer rates
* No hospital affiliation or corporate management
* No call responsibilities
* No weekend coverage
* Predictable schedule and strong work-life balance
* Dedicated anesthesia and support staff
* Opportunity for training in advanced proprietary surgical techniques
