Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon (Associate → Partnership Track)

Full-Time | Eastern & Central Ohio | Immediate Start Available


A well-established, multi-location private practice is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join its growing team. This is a highly attractive associateship with a clear path to partnership in a thriving, 30-year-old practice known for clinical excellence and advanced surgical capabilities.


Practice Overview

  • Established, 30+ year reputation with strong referral base
  • Three-surgeon team across three modern, state-of-the-art offices
  • Each location features:
    • 2–3 fully equipped surgical suites
    • 2 consult/follow-up rooms
  • New 6,000 sq. ft. facility currently under development
  • Primarily fee-for-service (FFS) model
  • Travel between locations required (gas reimbursed)

Clinical Scope

This is a comprehensive OMS practice offering a full range of procedures, including:

  • Tooth Extractions & Wisdom Teeth Removal
  • Impacted Teeth
  • Dental Implants & Full Arch Restoration
  • Bone Grafting
  • Oral Pathology
  • IV Sedation & General Anesthesia
  • Orthognathic Surgery
  • Facial Trauma & Fractures
  • Sleep Apnea Treatment

Schedule & Patient Volume

  • Full-time position (ASAP start)
  • Average daily volume:
    • 4–6 surgical cases
    • 15–20 consults & post-op visits

  • Guaranteed monthly salary + percentage of collections

Academic & Professional Opportunities

  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OMS
  • Strong surgical training in:
    • Orthognathics
    • Implants
    • Anesthesia
    • Dentoalveolar surgery
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
